Sarah sees your hair as being as important as the clothes or accessories that you wear and after spotting a gap in the Gibraltar market for a luxury hair experience and teaming up with Pauline Olivera they have been able to fulfil the need for a high quality luxury hair experience with a dedication to education within the sector

Pauline has almost 3 decades experience and knowledge which she is not shy to share with her colleagues or to help her clients get the best out of their hair.

Her career spans from fortunate beginnings starting at Stephen Way, Bond Street, Mayfair and diversifying into many other aspects of the hairdressing industry, including salon education for Paul Mitchell Haircare Systems, throughout London and due to her fluency in Spanish she became an International Ambassador.

She also lectured for 365 Day Hairdressing and travelled extensively throughout the UK and Scotland co-ordinating and participating in hair shows, salon consultancy and constantly sharing knowledge. Pauline continues her passion for knowledge and is still dedicated to on-going education now having a number of qualifications and certificates to her name, including City & Guilds Assessor.

Pauline is a seasoned Session Stylist regularly attending to celebrities and royalty throughout her career and can often be found backstage at high profile events session styling and managing the Mayfair session styling team.

Pauline often relates to the words of the late Vidal Sassoon, “If you do a job that you enjoy, you will never do another day’s work in your life!”

With over 2 decades of experience in the industry our internationally acclaimed Artistic Director brings a wealth of technical experience to Gibraltar. Nathan takes his inspiration from nature as “nature is so diverse, just like each and every one of us, diverse in every single way so why not showcase that diversity with hair colours and hair cuts.” Combined with his passion for colour and superior level of technical knowledge Nathan will also take the role of Technical Director.

Nathan is a seasoned session stylist and has a particular passion for creativity through photo shoots and fashion shows and has been responsible for Gibraltars first hair art collections which he has Artistically led since 2019. He was also responsible for the Artsitic Direction of gibraltars first hair show Rockoco.

Nathan has been an educator for The Gibraltar Academy of Hair and Beauty since it began offering courses in 2019 and has educated 3 intakes of students who have succesfully completed their City & Guilds hairdressing qualifications and are now working in industrty in Gibraltar. Nathan is keen to share his skills and is passionate about helping local talent take their first steps into industry.

Anne Marie joined our team as a backstage assistant and continues to work as a valuable support to our creative team and session styling team. Anne Marie’s dedication, reliability, personality and passion for the industry has led to her becoming an Apprentice Stylist. Already showing considerable talent with hair colouring and becoming our in house braiding Queen, Anne Marie aspires to learn all of the attributes to make her a Mayfair On Main Stylist.
